I am Alison and I was my own first client…
In the depths of struggling with things like co-dependency, trauma, addiction, body image issues, and chronic health conditions, I made a promise to myself to find a way out…
I spent years studying a wide range of mind-body tools and spiritual practices. I discovered life-changing modalities, deepened my connection to my intuitive voice, and refined my unique methods of healing. My journey has been far from straightforward—many days I felt like I had hit a dead-end or that I was regressing—but my commitment to finding greater self-love and the support of amazing conscious mentors has opened me up to an entirely new dimension of healing and harmony. One thing my path has taught me is that that no matter where we are along our journey, we can always come back home to ourselves—back to unconditional love that is our essence.
For more than 8 years, I’ve had the honor of facilitating 1:1 mentorships and leading workshops, retreats and classes for intuitive, heart-led and spiritually-connected souls.
Through intuitive empowerment, somatic experiencing, inner child work, sound medicine and more, I support my clients to heal multi-dimensionally and embody greater peace, clarity, confidence, self-love in alignment with their Soul’s highest expression.
