About Alison: 

Alison Reid is a passionate self love mentor and transformational life coach who specializes in helping others to embrace their authentic selves, tap into their own intuitive wisdom and unique soul gifts so they can truly thrive. At the core of her mission is helping others to cultivate deeper self-love, healing and empowerment in their emotions, body, mind and Spirit. She believes that when we create more love and peace within ourselves, we create a more harmonic and loving existence for all. Healing the world starts with healing ourselves.

Alison’s extensive experience over the last 8 years includes certifications and training in transformation life coaching, somatic experiencing, energy healing modalities, sound healing and intuitive training. As an intuitive healer, she brings together deep intuitive insight with a strong foundation in coaching and various healing modalities to help her clients transform and thrive.

Alison’s passion for holistic healing and spiritual empowerment came in 2014 after she was hospitalized for a chronic health condition. After years of navigating depression, anxiety, suppressed trauma, addictions, autoimmune conditions and other serious health issues, she knew that something needed to change. She left her successful corporate advertising career in the Silicon Valley and moved to Southern California where she continued her healing and self love journey. She immersed herself in trauma-informed holistic healing work, including energy medicine, life coaching and inner child work, which catalyzed her tremendously on her healing path. Her progress inspired her to train with world-renowned healers, holistic therapists, coaches and spiritual teachers.

Today, she works with clients from all over the world and supports them to heal, love themselves and to connect with their unique soul’s essence to create the life of their dreams.
